Add a notes panel on schedule page on either side of the appointments that is visible to all.

When looking at the schedule, the open area on either side of the appointments page (where the landscape picture is, add a box or area for notes that is visible to everyone. This would be helpful for adding things like which doctor is seeing appointments that day, what times sick or wellness appointments can be scheduled, important notes about expected phone calls, and any other updates for staff to see.
