Update lot and expiration automatically in purchase orders

Is there a way to update the lot and expiration of products purchased from sources (such as Vetcove) without having to manually enter each one in on the purchase orders page? It would make things much faster if there was a system that could pull the lot/batch number and expiration dates for each product purchased instead of having to enter each manually.
