allow addition in tax/shipping line on purchase order receipts

When receiving an order, it would be helpful to allow the tax line to calculate/sum two types of tax. (i.e. enter 10.5+1, then the answer appears at 11.5.) We have state and municipal tax lines on the invoices we receive from vendors. It would allow us to prevent errors in mental math and reduce yet another step (by using a calculator) when receiving orders.
