Automatically select user when logged in as that user

When opening a new consult have the user be automatically selected if said user is logged in rather than having to select the user each time. For example Dr. X is logged in, completes a client communication so converts it to a consult and closes the communication. Have the opened consult with the CC automatically under Dr. X rather than have to select Dr. X from the drop down list. This would save a few seconds each time which adds up!
