Preferred or regular doctor. Our practice tries to keep Ps with the same doctor and it is such a pain to toggle back and forth when you forget who the regular doctor is or forgot to note it when you go to make a procedure. It would be SO helpful to have a space to enter "regular or preferred doctor" at the top so I don't have to scroll down on consults to check who a patient usually sees!!!!!

We do this by creating an alert on the client or patient, but it would be way easier to have a section on the client and the patient form for this!
