in Neothere should be only one button to send the medical records and once the medical records are sent, they should be documented under communication log by itself. Because in Vet hospitals, the workflow is so busy and in some hospitals,some staff medical records to Client or the other Pet Hospital without the consent of the doctor and sometime the notes are not finished and when the doctor comes and finishes those notes sometimes can be which can be a problem for the doctor later on so before sending the records there has to be one button to send through and that sending should be tracked. Please look into this because this is one of the main problem that ‘s vet hospital faces
