We would also appreciate being able to find "lost clients" that go back farther than 18 months! We would like to be able to search back to 2-3 years to find clients who haven't been seen since then. That way we can either encourage them to schedule, or deactivate them.
Our clinic does not consider them lost until 3 years (3 yr Rabies). This report would be so helpful for purging clients.
