Alert/Reminder to update Client Information yearly

I would like to have an alert of some sort to let us know it has been a year since the client info has been updated/confirmed. When clients have multiple patients, and come in multiple times a year, it's hard to remember when the last time was that they were asked to confirm. Experience has proven that most clients will not give that information unless we ask them specifically.
