Hello, this is Dean Evans of Brandon Animal Hospital, I'm writing in with an enhancement request and to report an issue we have encountered multiple times, with multiple clients. The [patient_reminder_list_by_client] form variable seems to lack clarity to some clients. on numerous occasions we have had clients not understand that the date of the reminder is a "due date" and not an appointment date when they encounter this form variable.
When email reminders go out, we have people (who are clearly not fully reading the message) message back asking what time their appointment is on that date. I wish that I could help them understand that this is not an appointment date, just a services due reminder date - but, since I can not do that, I think it an enhancement could be made to the base form variable, which provided slightly more clarity, this may help clear up the confusion some of the time. Even something as simple as a column header, which reads "service due date" (or something to that effect) may help them understand that the date they're seeing is just the date that the service is due.
