Ability to add notes when entering reminders from other clinic

When entering reminders for new patients that had vaccines given at another clinic, would like to be able to add notes to show info of the clinic they were given at. Can currently do this when adding an "existing tag" for rabies, but no other vaccines in the reminders area.
