Move patients in Procedure tab

We use the procedures tab to organize patients waiting for different diagnostics. It would be much easier and more efficient to be able to move patients around the procedures tab without having to completely delete them to rearrange the order. If we can drag them around like we do for appointments on the schedule, it would save a lot of time.
