Searching by client last name

  1. Cannot easily find a client using few letters of the last name. My last name begins with 'Per', however when I enter the info then it automatically takes me to the last name 'CooPER' because of the combination of 'PER', even if I look in the tab of the letter 'P'. Can this be adjusted to reflect ONLY the first letters of the last name in a certain combination?

  2. Need a bigger field to see the last name of the client. The current emphasis is on seeing the client's full first name, but we use the computer to search by last name. It would be helpful to see 'last name' first
