Can you please add a big red banner alert at the top of the client overview page that states if a client has been TERMINATED. Also, if you could please add a check box somewhere, like for inactive clients, that states that they have been terminated. I don't want the client to not pull up in seaches (the way inactive clients don't), as all staff members need to know to never book an appt for this client again. If they don't show up in a search, then they could potentially be added again as a new client. It just would be nice to have something really stick out (RED and BOLD) when this client acct is pulled up, more than just your basic alert that people often skip past.
