Overall update call backs. Needs to be more user friendly with more features. Add in titles to assist in filtering (rx request, follow up lab results, question, etc). The ability to allow more efficient way to communicate to DVM or other team members. Currently the call backs get overwhelming and more important ones get lost as the urgent tab is not helpful. If there was a separate way to mark the call back is pending, or DVM can move to another tab may assist in filtering what is partially done, waiting for something or needs to be move to consult.
