Unable to revise item line quickly with new update Aug 2024

When entering charges for client/patient, if wrong letter is entered, we are unable to backspace and find the correct item line without completely removing the whole line. It is very inconvenient and slows down work flow.

    Agree x10, has slowed everyone down significantly! I had issues with neo to start with and this made it so much worse.

    I agree with this wholeheartedly. It is so annoying and interrupts my workflow to the point I would actually advise people not to adopt Neo for their clinics.
