Cornerstone had a nice feature that asked if this client has been referred by another client, if so, who. You could then type in the client ID of the client that referred this client and it would show that in both client accounts - the one who did the referring, and also the new client.
This was nice, b/c we could then see if a certain client was referring a lot of people to us, it would show in their client info section that they had referred x number of clients to us.
It would also show on the client info section of the client they referred, that they were referred by Jane Doe. Nice to know the connection between clients as well.
Would love to see this feature added to Neo.
You could also make referral "people" for other referrals, such as Internet, Facebook, Yelp, Sign, etc....
