Please have call backs that are coming up due show at the top of the patient and client file like alerts and reminders.
Since the callbacks are not visible unless under the communication tab call backs are easily missed.
It would be nice if it alerted at the top of file when some are coming up due so they are not missed when client is in office, on the phone or dealing with one of their other patients.
Would be nice to be able to set the desired time frame for callbacks to show at top of file as well.
