Include Patient and Owner in "Sales and Cost of Sales filtered by staff" or "by veterinarian" reports

Especially important for veterinarians paid on production, this enhancement would allow us to easily audit charges and ensure the correct provider is credited for the sale. The current report already includes invoice number, but showing the owner and pet name in the spreadsheet would allow us to review reports immediately instead of looking up every invoice number.
