Adding the ability to add alerts to a patient or clients accounts that goes away after a set date - useful for alerting and making sure information for a specific visit isn't missed without staff having to manually remove the alert after the visit. For example a morning receptionist gets a call from a client saying they're family member will be picking up Bella for them - the morning receptionist adds an alert to Bella's account that expires at the end of the night telling evening receptionists that a different family member will be picking her up.
