our doctors think an app for just the ai would be great (although one for neo in general would be super useful). they've found the best way to use the ai feature is bringing their phones into the rooms, but sometimes neo can be glitchy on phone browsers so having an app to use ai would make it more efficient.
ScribeNote is awesome, I've been using it for 3 years and it works so well. Easy to copy and past soap notes into Neo. But if there was an integration that made it easier that would be great too!
Hello, I anted to report an issue that you may have run across. We did the AI recording and the chromebook that is was running on had a glitch so the nurse refreshed the page. refreshing the page seems to have completely erased the the entire AI recording from the consult that had been completed. When we go to the consult and click on the "AI assisted notes" tab, it is like we never did it at all. Is there an autosave feature to retain these recordings? Or to recover them if a mistake happens? Hate to lose the whole recorded consult due to one click at the wrong time. Thank you!

This is awesome and does a good job for the most part.
The recording seems to time out and not record all of the exam. Is there a time setting? It lost the last 5-10 minutes of every visit so far.
The notes are not quite set up the way I use them, can this be customized?
It does not always recognize medical terminology or medication names.
Overall we are excited and it seems to be very promising!

I have some thoughts about layout and functionality that I wanted to share.
1- Laboratory results. Can this be customized as to location? Can templates be customizable?
The Lab results are typically reported in the assessment section not the objective portion.
2- The body condition score, Mentation, mucous membranes and CRT etc. Can that response be customizable? within normal limits is not necessarily appropriate for these items.
