Versioning and audit trail for Forms and Templates

When a form or template is changed by an employee, it would be good to see an audit trail of who made the change, what the change was, and when it was made.


It would also be great to keep a version history of each form & template, so we can easily recover when mistakes are made. Today we have to manually do this by copy & pasting the source HTML into a private document stored locally.

    As the IT guy for an animal hospital, I completely agree! I'd vote a thousand times for this if I could. There needs to be an audit trail AND a versioning tool to allow people like me to fix the forms and templates when someone screws them up and they stop working!
