100% We need this! Clients are annoyed when we keep asking them for their email -- when they do not want to give/or don't have email. We have gotten around it by typing "noemail@noemail.com". Just to help remind us. But please give us this option.
This is a much needed addition! Workflow is disrupted when you are having to check the email manager to see what emails haven't been sent (reminders) because of no email listed. I have had clients tell me they don't want email reminders because they are already getting the text reminders and that is enough. Please put this into development!
Can we also have a second email line? We have some clients who have 2 emails or husband and wife want both to be emailed.
