With two locations, inventory pulls from originating location still if being refilled at second location. Big problem for inventory mgmt.

We have two locations. If an Rx with refills originates from location A, but then is refilled using the dropdown refill rx tab at location B, it pulls inventory quantity from location A still, rather than from location B where it is actually being removed from. Big problem for inventory. Please fix.
