Home. Results to review, if the results is zero, please default to Callback tabs

When one presses the home button, the screen defaults to Tasks with "Results to Review" If "Results to Review" is 0, please then default to Callbacks.. Doctors are somewhat of an employee minority in most practices and thus, the majority of users of NEO do NOT get results to review... I just makes one less button to click for most of us ....
