Drag & Drop photos to consult notes to add

Since attaching photos is becoming an increased demand from clients, it is really inefficient to manually attach every image. We should have a drag and drop feature. Also anothe reequest is drag and drop attachment of files rather than individually uploading files

    Photo inclusion is so difficult when you are limited to one photo at a time.
