Users: Track who did what in more areas for accountability purposes

There are some areas where Neo does not currently track who made changes to the file. We need this for accountability reasons. A list of areas that we have found is missing this information:

  • Who added a file under the "files" tab in a patient and client record

  • Who added a reminder under the "reminders" tab in patient and client record

  • Who last made changes to an open callback or who closed a callback

  • Who created an alert on the patient and client record
