Include items printed from patient record in the comm log

It would be good for Neo to track what forms or handouts were printed for the client. Just like when we email them, it shows in the comm log.
It could record when something is printed directly from the record. Template, forms, notes, full records, results, etc.


as an aside- it should record in the comm log when we email lab results to a client just like other emails too!!
