Is it possible to integrate Chewy order requests into NEO. It would be nice to eliminate the step of receiving paper faxes, scanning into neo then faxing back to Chewy to have them filled. If there was a way to have them sent directly to a pharmacy task list in NEO, then we would receive an alert and be able to approve and reply in a more efficient manner. Hopefully it would decrease the loss of communication between the hospital and Chewy. Maybe even integrate with other providers such as 1800 PET MEDS, Roadrunner pharmacy, etc.
We will only give a written rx for Chewy and the owner has to fill it themselves. Written rx's are in our rx tab.
I don't want Chewy integrating or having the ability to gain access to my client data. We use our own online pharmacy.
I use chewy's online approval system and copy and paste rx info into a consultation but integration would be spectacular!
