I would like them all lists together, but with option to filter for diagnoses. Categories and including problems (signs or tentative dx), Diagnoses, and some indication when that problem or diagnosis is resolved.
Tentative diagnosis, final diagnosis, and ruled out could also be helpful
or separate parts of the problem list for Open/Ongoing problems, and resolved problems. In separate tabs or all under probleM list would be fine with me.
