Add ability to customize "task tabs" allowing clinics to add unique "task lists" i.e. callbacks, tasks, RX request, client/patient general update (simple and efficient way for Doctors to track and be up to date on patients statuses etc without having to go back to previous schedules and click through every patient. Add ability to make automatic call back reminders for clients who didn't answer their phone when a teammember reached out for status or progression reporting. On the schedule tabs, add ability to track "post-op" communication status similar to appointment confirmation ability. (post apt commmunication tracking status options - called, left message, positive prog (with text box to add notes linked directly to client/patient file), negative prog (with text box to add notes linked directly to client/patient file). From here ability to 'include or add tasks/note/callaback' to provider so they are updated without having to go through indivual consults on every patient. This would add so much efficiency and better medical care for already overworked doctors and staff. Currently a doctor has to go back through every consult including ones without any updates or client responses wasting valuable times and efforts for doctors/staff
