Regarding the "free 30 day offer with Trupanion" that pops up for wellness visits: Currently this offer pops up ONLY when the client card is marked "Arrived" by our receptionist. I have to assume that other clinics would prefer that their technicians be able to explain the offer in the exam room rather than all that happening at the front desk. To fix this, our techs will have to unclick the "Arrived" notification and then reclick it to get the offer to pop up again. I would suggest that the offer pops up when the consultation is started, or even better, add another option somewhere that could be accessed if the client changes their mind following the appointment.
