Email the owners with multiple patient's appointment

We have multiple owners with more than 1 pet. I would like to be able to email the owner with the appointment details including: doctor's name scheduled for, time, date and patient name for all of their pets. It already includes an appointment detail on the invoice, but we need to expand that for all the owners pets.
