It would be helpful to be able to email a paylink in addition to being able to text it. Sometimes in going through past due balances, it is late at night and we don't want to be texting owners. It would be nice to be able to write the owners an email and insert an email pay link. This would also be useful for patients who have passed away or are euthanized. We operate a home visit service and for owners who do not pay in full at the time of service, we would like to be able to send a condolence email and insert a paylink.
