Be able to edit prescription batch information and expiration information after invoice is closed

Often we run into an issue where the invoice is closed before we determine that the batch number or product expiration date is not correct. Allow us to edit this through the prescription tab

    Batch does not match product. Make it so Neo tracks amount of said batch and then delete it once batch/exp is done and then goes to next batch/exp.
