Change Format of Client/Patient section

I wish there a way to set up the client and patient information differently. I have blank areas that we don't use and some parts we have to add in. There are also sections I'd like to add that are NOT in the "Additional Info" areas.

    I agree that there is other info I would like to collect for clients- especially regarding contact info and alternate contacts!! Customization would be great!
