Email: Subject line - Would like to add patient details like [invoice_no] or [patient_name]

Although client details are available for the subject line, it does not appear that patient details is available for the subject line

Would like to make subject line of an emailed note or an invoice be more detailed. I.E.

Documentation for [patient_name] - #[invoice_no]

or

Statement from [branch.associate_name] for [patient_name] on [invoice_date]
