Date of Last Weight on Check-In Form

It would be useful when printing a check-in sheet to see the date the last weight was taken. This would help staff know if there was significant weight loss/gain in a short amount of time at a glance, rather than having to search in the patient's file.

    To have the option of previous weight to autopopulate onto a consultation would be great as well (form variables on consultations!! please!!)
