When you go to Patient -> Comm Log -> Callbacks, the default filter is the past year, one year ago through today. The default really needs to show all open callbacks, including future callbacks, not just callbacks in the past. I would recommend the date filter allow a start date in the past, and all future.. something like the "is after" date filter in Excel. Then the default can be "Is after" 1 year in the past.
This oversight is resulting in putting in duplicate callbacks for a pet because the user doesn't see future callbacks.. and has to remember to adjust the date range filter for the future, and then has to guess how far into the future to look.
It would be nice if it automates to the current date as the start date and it can be changed to past or present. Having it automate to start a year prior can be confusing as in other locations the search starts in the current month.
