Appointment Setup: Ability to set appointment/clinic hours for specific time periods and not have it change the entire schedule

For example: we have different hours during the summer/winter. I just recently changed our hours back to 8-6 (from 8-4) and now that's reflected across the entire schedule, past and present (so if I go back to the winter months it looks like we were open from 8-6 as well). I'd like to be able to make changes to our hours between certain dates- like you can when you update business hours on Google.
