YES! When searching for patients, the only name that displays is the client name that is the primary. So if you have the secondary contact name that you are searching for, you'll overlook them and have to keep digging. Most clients that have shared accounts expect to be able to use both names when calling, then we constantly have to keep clarifying if the pet could be under another name in order to find them. It also does not change anything by searching for "All Fields" as mentioned prior. It still only shows up with the primary name, not the secondary.
Thank you for submitting this feedback! While the secondary contact does not currently display in the Patient List, you can currently search for a patient record by secondary contact by select the All Fields search option in the Patients tab.
