Add “Required field” option to forms that clients sign digitally

The consent forms for anesthesia, for example, have very important questions about if a patient has been properly fasted or if they are on medication. As it stands, the client can submit the form whether or not they have completed the form. There should be an option for the clinic to customize if any questions are required to be answered or else the form won’t submit.
