Add indicator on consults to show which forms and/or labels have already been printed

Add indicator on consults to show which forms and/or labels have already been printed. A green background circle with white or black "check-mark" next to the "forms" line under a product to indicate that form was printed already during the consultation. This would help employees running around asking if its already been printed and provided to client/patient and would help reduce waste of double printing. Win-win reduce labor and supply cost.

    We have a lot of double and even triple prints! I can't tell you how many labels we've wasted because our DVM forgets if they already printed a label and decides to print it again once or twice to be sure. Then we get mulitple fills of the same med if different techs pick up the label from the printer and it just leads to so much wasted time and energy.
