Better support for Neo Outages

When there is a Neo systemwide outage- it would be nice for an email or phone call to report the outage to the customer/practices with practical information on how to handle the outage and when to expect service to return. When an outage occurs, we are stuck in the mud and at the mercy of the support team and often left in the dark. Additional support for these scenarios would be greatly appreciated.
