Show patient status on appointment schedule

Show patient status as active, inactive or deceased on the appn't schedule. This would be especially helpful to know at a glance if a patient is deceased or has been euthanized earlier in the day (or on a previous day) when there is a staff change over. It would prevent a potentially uncomfortable telephone conversation between the pet owner and a team member who may not have been working at the time of the appointment.
