Had the same issue on a desktop. I suspect it's an issue with the size of the photo. Ie. if it's a rectangle vs a square. When I went in and cropped the photo to be a square and reuploaded the picture, it fixed the problem. Though it would be good if you could edit the photo directly in Neo as you said = cropping or rotating the image by clicking an "edit" button.
Please do this, this would solve the patient photo sideways issue that I know more people are having.
