Clients/Patients: Ability to edit alerts

It would be great if we could edit alerts. As it stands now, if there is a mistake/misspelling on an alert, we have to delete it and re-enter it, which updates the date it was put in.

The dates are actually very helpful pieces of information, so if we could make changes without that changing it would be wonderful!

    ability to audit which user entered alert

    Yes! Or manually be able to alter the date so it matches with what we need it to say without losing the original date.
