I suspect it's an issue with the size of the photo. Ie. if it's a rectangle vs a square. When I went in and cropped the photo to be a square and reuploaded the picture, it fixed the problem. Though it would be good if you could edit the photo directly in Neo = cropping or rotating the image by clicking an "edit" button.
This is happening on desktop and mobile for me. I can't find a solution.

Thank you for submitting this feedback! If you turn your phone so you are holding it in landscape or horizontally, the picture will not be sideways. It will display as you expect it.
