Ability to add new categories in Statements (send statements to specific clients)

I would like to be able to classify some of the people that owe money. Like if you were to send someone to a collection agency, you can't send a statement but you don't want to move it to bad debts yet. If we could classify those accounts differently then it would be easier to go through and only send statements to people who actually need to be receiving them
