Add "check box" option to the top menu so that it can be added to consult notes (much like you can add a table or bold font, etc)

You can add a check box for a "form" or a "procedure template" but why not within the consult notes? Also, how come this check box (which is so easy to see when you are in the consult or form) change to a less easy to see X once the notes are locked?

    A checkbox would be extremely helpful. Under the Plan section of SOAP notes, I put my orders with a checkbox, and then my staff know to performs those tasks. Without this ability, it's hard to know what has been done and what hasn't.
