Rounding of cash payment for Canadian and AU /NZ locations

In Canada we no longer have the penny. When a client pays cash we should have a setting that we can choose to automatically round up or down the penny. This will more accurately reflect in the accounting reports.

    This should be an automatic feature for all Canadian clinics, we haven't had pennies since February of 2013.
